Remote Site Technician (LNG Equipment & Transport Support)
Location: Mine Site in Saskatchewan
Home Base: Candidates must reside in northern Manitoba or Saskatchewan
Schedule: 15 days on / 13 days off, drive in and drive out (meals and lodging provided while on site)

Are you a safety-focused, hands-on technician who thrives in field environments and is comfortable working independently? We're hiring a Remote Site Technician to support LNG operations at a remote mine site in Saskatchewan. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining mechanical systems and must be confident driving a company pickup truck on-site. Training will be provided.

What You’ll Need:
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
- Class 1 Driver is considered an asset
- Clean driving record, off road driving experience
- Committed to safety, adaptability, and continuous improvement
- TDG Certification (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with team members and customers
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting
- Previous experience in industrial or remote site environments is an asset
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changing conditions
- Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions
What You’ll Do
- Site Operations - Operate and maintain LNG equipment in the field.
- Site Support - Install, maintain, repair, and commission LNG systems at customer locations.
- Safety & Compliance - Uphold Cryopeak SOPs, TDG regulations, and site-specific safety standards.
- Coordination - Coordinate with field personnel, in-house Transportation and Logistics Team, service providers, and customers to ensure seamless site operations.
- Maintain Equipment - Keep systems up to code and in top working order.
- Train & Troubleshoot - Support 3rd-party operators and resolve basic technical issues.
- Track Performance - Monitor service KPI’s, help identify improvement opportunities, report incidents or issues to Management.
- Travel Ready - Work rotational site schedules with extended stays (meals and lodging provided).
- Stay Certified - Maintain all necessary qualifications and participate in ongoing training. In-house training is provided, and a TSBC approved Special Purpose Gas Certificate will be issued by the Company.
