Job Scope:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources this position will oversee HR operations across multiple locations within a designated region while leading a group of local Human Resources Business Partners. Working very closely with the site management teams, you will guide and provide insight on all matters relating to HR policies, labor laws, and best HR practices while driving initiatives that foster employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Human Resource Business Partners within multiple locations, ensuring the execution of HR strategies.
- Provide insight, support and advice wide range of employee relations and human resources initiatives, while promoting positive relations with all stakeholders.
- Oversee Employee Relationships Committee within the respective sites
- Support as a trusted advisor for complicated conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Engaged in Talent Acquisition efforts for site management roles and above.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations across all locations.
- Work with corporate HR to analyze compensation structures and promote competitive pay.
- Review key HR metrics (turnover, engagement, etc.) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Help drive employee communication opportunities
- Support and drive local events such as fundraising campaigns and holiday parties and actively participate in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-location or regional HR Management role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS, talent management systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed and onsite support 5 days a week.
