As we continue to grow, we're looking to bring on a dedicated recruiter to help us strengthen our team with the right people in the right roles.
Summary
We're looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, while managing up to 12 open roles at any given time. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to move quickly and strategically, aiming to close roles as efficiently as possible. We’re looking for someone who’s not just organized, but also creative. Someone who can think outside the box to attract top talent and continuously improve the hiring process.
This is a full-time, 6-month contract position (approximately 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), with some flexibility based on workload and hiring volume.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for up to 12 active roles at a time
- Hire across different levels, from Warehouse Associates to manager-level roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and priorities
- Source candidates using multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, internal referrals, etc.)
- Drive hiring timelines and ensure roles are filled within a reasonable, agreed-upon timeframe
- Conduct screening interviews and manage interview coordination
- Negotiate, present offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process
Requirements
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in logistics, tech, or eCommerce sectors.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-level roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
- A people person who enjoys building connections and making great hires
- Passionate about championing DEI initiatives
- Holds hiring managers accountable for timely feedback and process alignment
- Familiarity with ADP or Rippling is a strong bonus.
