Position: Receptionist/Administrative Support – Airdrie, AB


What We Are Looking For:


We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive team player to be the welcoming face of our Airdrie, AB office. In this dynamic, multi disciplined, people-focused role, you’ll juggle reception duties and administrative support with confidence, helping our team stay on track while ensuring the office runs like a well-oiled machine.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Photocopying and file management
  • Data management and tracking
  • Organization of courier and postage intake/distribution
  • Managing client mailouts
  • Ensuring office supplies are stocked and organized efficiently
  • Maintaining the office's appearance and daily tidiness to project a professional image to both our team and clients.

Requirements:

  • Self-directed and motivated, capable of working both independently and under direction

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
