Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain accurate book keeping and manage appointment calendars using computerized systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized at all times.
- Handle clients' inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing with courtesy.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- 2 years of experience with Receptionist role
- Quickbook and bookkeeping experience
- Excellent phone etiquette to create a positive first impression. The preferred first language is English
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other office software for efficient task management.
- Ability to provide outstanding client support in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
