LiftWerx is a specialized wind energy contractor which performs large corrective repairs, utilizing both ground-based cranes as well as up-tower cranes. LiftWerx offers both specialized equipment and experienced personnel to perform corrective repairs on a wide variety of wind turbines.

This role is an on-site position based out of our office in Cambridge, ON.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, verifying against purchase orders and packing slips
- Responsible for reporting any discrepancies or damages to items promptly
- Organize and store inventory items in the stockroom, ensuring proper labeling and arrangement
- Accurately update inventory records and participate in regular inventory audits
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools as necessary
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, including bills of lading, invoices and customs documentation if required
- Support the Warehouse and Purchasing team with any other required tasks
- Responsible to cultivate a positive work environment to maintain an enjoyable, balanced, creative, and committed company culture for all field employees
Experience & Education
- 2-3 years of experience in a shipping/receiving role or a related field
- High school diploma
- Valid G drivers license
- Forklift certification preferred
- Additional certification(s) in logistics or supply chain is considered an asset
- Overhead crane experience is considered an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset
- Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills
- Strong awareness and understanding of inventory requirements
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
