Job Description- Front Desk Administrator
- Greet all staff, REALTORs, clients, and the general public and make them feel welcome in our offices
- Answer phone calls and transfer calls to REALTORS or appropriate staff, or provide support as needed
- Help manage our cloud based filing system
- Input showing instructions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with our documents-ensuring requirements are met
- Input listings onto the MLS system
- Monitor the listings/deals email accounts
- Set up and audit all transactions & loose documents
- Forward copies of Agreement and related paperwork to lawyers
- Provide assistance as needed to other staff members, REALTORs, Management, our clients, and the public
- Other general office duties- ordering and stocking supplies, light housekeeping, basic tech support (connecting to wifi, adding a printer), using templated listing displays, etc.
Location
The position is based in our Bracebridge Office, but the ideal candidate would be flexible and open to working occasionally at any of our Muskoka locations—which would include Gravenhurst or Huntsville. Mileage reimbursement would be provided for travel to the other offices.
Further Details
- Hours: Saturdays 9-5. Sundays 10-3- (negotiable for 1-4 Sundays per month).
- Other shifts as needed- may be full days 9am-5pm, or part days- 2pm-5pm. Monthly schedule is done by middle of previous month, so we give ample time for those who may be working elsewhere or need childcare.
- This position is likely to become 35 hours per week for the right candidate in the late summer/early fall as one of our employees is moving into another position.
- We are looking for a candidate who has a good personality and good work ethic.
- No Admin or real estate experience required, but would be considered a bonus.
- Although you are typically the only Admin working in your physical office, you work as a team with other Administrators supporting other office locations
