RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide clients through the intricacies of the buying/selling process, tailoring your approach to understand their unique needs and ensuring seamless transactions
- Offer clients valuable advice and exceptional service, fostering strong relationships that result in repeat and referral business
- Follow up diligently with leads provided by the team, converting them into satisfied clients through personalized attention
- Conduct thorough market analyses to precisely assess property values, providing clients with accurate insights for informed decision-making
- Stay current with local real estate market conditions and industry trends, enhancing your expertise and offering clients up-to-date information
- Maintain unwavering ethical standards and integrity, cultivating trust and credibility with clients and within the industry
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid BC Real Estate license
Knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (sales experience is an asset)
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel by car
