Job Title: Real Estate Administrative Assistant

This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team leader and agents
- Manage MLS listing input, paperwork, and documentation from start to finish
- Schedule showings, client appointments, home inspections, and staging
- Maintain and update CRM, databases, and spreadsheets
- Create and edit marketing materials: feature sheets, flyers, postcards, and signage using Canva
- Assist with managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook), including scheduling posts, responding to DMs/comments, and uploading reels
- Coordinate and support community events, open houses, and client appreciation initiatives
- Manage email newsletters and mailing campaigns
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or marketing role (Real estate experience is required)
- Strong computer skills: Google Workspace, Canva, CRM systems, social media platforms
- Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Reliable transportation (for errands, signage, event support)
- Available to work in-person at our Newmarket office Monday to Friday
- Familiarity with Asana or project management tools is an asset
- Knowledge of real estate procedures and terminology is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
