Job description
This includes, but may not be limited to:
- QC
- Measuring quality of phone repairs
- Ensure the quality of repair maintains the standards required by the business, not allowing sub-standard to be released
- Phone Clean and Clear
- Ensuring phones are erased to required standard and in accordance with policy before leaving Bridge to customers
- Customer Communications
- Communicate with customers when needed regarding the repair of their products, and providing responses to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback or ensuring feedback is sent where needed during the process to avoid delays. Example might be getting authorization to complete a repair, or reset a phone as part of the repair process
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
