Overview
We are seeking a licensed, dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pest management techniques and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact with clients to provide solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to carry out pest control tasks.
- Educate clients on pest prevention methods and maintenance practices to minimize future infestations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and safety protocols.
Experience
- Prior experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery is a plus.
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting additional services to clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in various environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Pay: $25.00-$27.50 per hour
