POSITION SUMMARY:
The leading Canadian-owned pest management company needs ambitious people to maintain and support several critical areas of our corporate and commercial sales programs. The position is sales-oriented and involves contacting both customers and people we’ve done business with by phone, email and text. This role requires a high level of independence, along with the ability to collaborate within a supportive team environment. The successful candidate will be results-focused, a clear communicator, and enjoy helping customers by providing professional solutions for them.
This is a salary position that will include monthly performance bonuses once the training and onboarding period has been completed. This is an in-office position, working at 246 Attwell Drive, Etobicoke, during regular business hours.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Most time will be spent contacting business customers Abell has done businesses with, by phone, email and text.
- While our goal is to promote our services, existing customers may have service requests that will require dispatching to the appropriate Abell branch.
- Representatives will be involved in a comprehensive onboarding and training program.
- Some administration is required to facilitate new sales.
EDUCATION:
Secondary education is preferred.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Administrative work is required to support new sales and ensure accurate follow-through
- Experience working with B2B sales teams.
- Experience working in a sales environment.
- French written and verbal communication is an asset.
