Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming units, work in progress, and finished products
- Utilize various tools and equipment to measure dimensions and check product specifications
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality test
- Participate in warranty meetings to discuss and resolve quality issues.
- Identify defects or deviations from quality standards and collaborate with production teams to address issues promptly
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Quality Assurance, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the aviation or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in using tools such as calipers for precise measurements
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Certification in Quality Control is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
