We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the development and submission of proposals for engineering consulting projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate the proposal development process from start to finish, including planning and organizing all proposal activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams, partners and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Develop and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring timely submission.
- Produce, review and edit proposal content for clarity, compliance, and consistency.
- Conduct final quality checks to ensure that all proposals meet client requirements and company standards.
- Ensure the proposal aligns with the company's goals and client needs.
- Regularly interact with clients, senior management, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and address concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal coordination.
- Requires strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills will also be an advantage.
