Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Property Manager Floater to join our team and provide coverage for our property managers who are on leave or vacation. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in property management or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties in the absence of the primary property manager.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, including inspections and repairs.
- Prepare and distribute notices to tenants as needed (e.g., rent reminders, lease renewals).
- Assist with any other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of property management experience
- Preferred limited/general license
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle emergencies or time-sensitive issues.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle may be required for site visits.
