Who You Are
You have prior experience in a similar role, completing repairs, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work. You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty to make a space look great, from light janitorial work, to exterior power washing, painting and building repairs. You know your stuff and can effectively troubleshoot mechanical and building maintenance issues.
You have a vehicle and are comfortable driving to sites around the Lower Mainland in all weather conditions. Mileage and/ or a company vehicle will be provided. You are physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
You are comfortable with MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and have excellent English communication skills – bonus points if you speak another language and if you have experience with a property management CRM or Buildium.
Finally, you’re a team player who brings out the best in others. You take ownership of your work, are organized, have a safety mindset, and positive attitude.
