Sunridge Diamond Properties Inc., is on the lookout for a meticulous and professional Property Administrator to enhance our team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for those passionate about making a tangible impact in residential and commercial property management.
Position: Property Administrator (NOC 13101)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 35 hours per week (7 hours/day)
Wage: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Tenant applications and selection of eligible tenants.
- Conduct day-to-day operations including tenant liaison, lease administration, and maintenance scheduling.
- Develop, oversee, and manage contracts for property services ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, security, and safety are met consistently.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations related to property management.
- Handle financial responsibilities including rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting with accuracy and integrity.
- Work closely with maintenance personnel and contractors to maintain property aesthetics and functionality, ensuring timely completion of repairs and projects.
- Provide prompt, respectful responses to tenant queries and issues, aiming for maximum satisfaction.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive records and documentation of all property transactions and interactions.
- Conducting research and analysis for potential residential and commercial buildings to add to our portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in property administration or similar roles.
- In-depth knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and efficient time management.
- Familiarity with financial and accounting principles relevant to property management.
- Competence in using property management software such as Acori and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong ethos of service quality and tenant satisfaction.
