Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our stone and tile projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple priorities, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and scope, and to our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, materials, and resources for stone and tile work.
- Prepare and review material takeoffs.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Process and track RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and change orders.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, field review logs, and vendor/subcontractor lists.
- Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and quality control.
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Support site visits, measurement, and installation coordination.
- Provide administrative support as needed to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
