The role will contribute to project planning, monitoring and reporting to ensure projects adhere to timelines and budgets.</span></span></span></span><br /> <br /> <span><span><span><span><b><u>Responsibilities</u></b></span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Coordinate various events in terms of invitation, equipment, catering, and other logistics</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes and RAID log</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Participate in PMO and business meetings and provide administrative support for recordkeeping and follow-up with both attendees and non-attendees</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines and milestones.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Validate project reporting before advising project managers and sponsors</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Compile data and generate regular reports for project stakeholders</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <br /> <span><span><span><span><b><u>Education and Experience</u></b></span></span></span></span> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span>College </span>diploma or university degree in the field of business and/or project management, with 1-3 years’ equivalent work experience, including co-ops or work terms</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Certifications in technology-related and project management disciplines is an asset</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, Working knowledge of MS Project  </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Familiarity with the functioning of a PMO and steering committee an asset</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <br /> <span><span><span><span><b><u>Qualifications</u></b></span></span></span></span> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Ability to create relationships and influence partners in order to meet objectives and deadlines</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Strong<i> </i>written, oral and interpersonal communication skills</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a rapidly changing environment</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Ability to present ideas in business/user-friendly language</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently as well as part of a team</span></span></span></span></li> </ul>
