The role – Project Coordinator


eurOptimum is looking for an organized and efficient Project Coordinator to join our team. This position requires someone who is detailed-oriented, resourceful, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


This role is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office; however, in the first few months the Project Coordinator will find themselves full-time in the office where they will learn the most and receive hands-on training.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Execute full-cycle project coordination including assisting with design, manufacturing details and specifications, installation planning and coordination, and after sales service;
  • Assists the department with quoting and estimating by gathering information, specifications, and related documents; and identifying labor, material, and time requirements;
  • Provide high level customer service to internal and external stakeholders and ensure customer service standards are maintained and client’s needs are satisfied;
  • Build and foster relationships with suppliers as required;
  • Develop strong, long-term strategic relationships with clients;
  • Develop knowledge of current industry practices, use of materials, and competition;
  • Source new suppliers and installers as required;
  • Assist in maintaining an efficient, and streamlined department;
  • Update current processes and put practices into place;
  • Coordinate all phases of multiple projects;
  • Maintain and update project documentation as required;
  • Perform additional duties and functions as delegated by department management.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a Project Assistant or Coordination function;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills – you must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
  • Understanding of technical drawings, floor plans, manufacturing processes, and various materials is highly advantageous;
  • Must be proactive, communicative, and able to work with minimal supervision;
  • Detail-oriented, solutions-oriented, and a fast learner;
  • Possess a natural knack for solving problems;
  • Ability to maintain good communication with team members, clients, and vendors;
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and creative;
  • A team player who is self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and able to handle many tasks simultaneously with speed, accuracy, and courtesy;
  • Proficient knowledge with a CRM system, preferably NetSuite;
  • Flexible attitude, ability to learn quickly, and perform well under pressure.
