Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting operations, field teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with proven experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Support risk management and issue resolution processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator (construction, services, or related industry preferred).
- Post-secondary education in project management, business administration, construction or related field (PMP/CAPM certification an asset).
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) and project management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
