Job Title: Experienced Landscape & Hardscape Operator (5+ Years)

Location: Coldbrook, Nova Scotia – serving the Annapolis Valley & surrounding areas
Compensation: $25–$35/hour (based on experience & ability)
About the Role:
We are looking to hire a highly skilled landscaper/hardscaper with strong equipment operating experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality work, can work independently or lead a small crew, and has a proven track record of delivering great results in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete landscape and hardscape installations (patios, retaining walls, walkways, gardens, etc.) to a high standard
- Operate skid steers, excavators, compactors, saws, and other tools/equipment efficiently and safely (Dozer, Bucket Truck and Chainsaw experience is an asset)
- Read and execute project plans, grades, and elevations
- Perform site prep, grading, turf installation, planting, tree removal assistance, etc.
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional job site
- Interact respectfully with clients, providing superior customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in landscaping/hardscaping and equipment operation
- Ability to run skid steers and excavators with precision
- Solid understanding of base preparation, drainage, compaction, and finishing techniques
- Valid driver’s license (Condition 15 is an asset)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliable transportation
- Ability to lead by example and train junior staff when needed
