Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hardscape Supervisor to oversee and manage hardscaping projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and landscaping, with the ability to lead a team effectively while ensuring high-quality workmanship. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints and plans. The individual must be able to grade walkways, driveways and anticipating proper slopes.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate hardscape installation projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Lead a team of workers in the installation of various hardscape elements, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare construction estimates based on project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in hardscaping techniques.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations for design improvements.
Experience
- Proven experience in hardscaping or related fields such as carpentry, flooring installation, or drywall work.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to construction tasks.
- Experience with cabinet installation is a plus.
- Familiarity with electrical work is beneficial but not required.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and construction estimating are essential.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members through effective communication.

Pay: $24.00-$34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
