Experienced Hardscaper — Join Our Growing Team!
Location: Durham Region
Full-Time | Immediate Start | $20–$40/hr DOE
Do you love working outside in a fast-paced, hands-on environment?
We’re looking for skilled hardscapers who take pride in quality work, safety, and teamwork to join our landscaping company. If you’re ready to hit the ground running and grow with a great crew, this is the spot for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Install retaining walls, pavers, and boulders in both commercial and residential settings
- Take on occasional softscaping projects, like laying sod and light planting
- Operate specialized equipment: skid loaders, mini skid steers, laser levels, concrete saws, and more
- Collaborate closely with the Landscape Production Manager to deliver projects smoothly and professionally
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: $20–$40/hr (based on experience)
- 45–50 hours/week with winters off (optional snow clearing work available)

Who You Are:
- 5+ years of hardscape experience, including crew leadership preferred
- Skilled in hardscape installation and familiar with softscape tasks
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety
- Clean G driver’s license and criminal record
- Dependable, honest, and ready to work alongside a hardworking team
Bonus Points For:
- 2+ years landscaping experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
