Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential homes. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and clean.
- Cook simple meals or assist with meal preparation when required by clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Organize spaces efficiently, ensuring that items are stored properly and are easily accessible.
- Provide excellent customer service by being responsive to client requests and feedback.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while working in clients' homes, respecting their privacy and property.
Qualifications
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational skills to maintain order in cleaning tasks and client requests.
- A background in hospitality is a plus, showcasing an understanding of customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is necessary.
- A willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different cleaning environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
