Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, ensuring that homes are welcoming and hygienic for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned residential areas, including but not limited to: dusting, wiping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize and tidy up spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies are cleaned, stored properly, and in good working condition after each use.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and requirements.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- A valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle are required.
- A valid Criminal Background check is required.
