Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our packaging team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic. This position involves operating mill-type machinery, repeatedly lifting 55lb bags, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards. The Mill Hand will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Operating production equipment
- Interacting with customers

- Lifting / moving 55lb feed bags
- Stack and prepare finished products for shipment while adhering to quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- Ability to lift repeatedly 55lb feed bags
- Ability to work in an environment subjected to heat and cold
- Ability to work in an environment with possible allergens such as peanuts other nuts and dust
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
