Join us as a Part-Time Employee Sewer with possibility of Full-Time, where your craftsmanship will breathe life into our designs. Operating from our studio, you'll collaborate with our designer, employing industrial sewing machines, skiving machines, and debosser to produce leather handbags. We offer opportunities for cross-training in other areas of our brand, including social media management, and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble leather handbags on industrial sewing machines as per specifications.
- Comprehend and adhere to production patterns and instructions.
- Perform quality checks to ensure product standards.
- Work collaboratively to meet deadlines and achieve production targets.
- Keep a tidy and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.
- Promptly report any equipment issues to management.

Qualifications:
- 1 Year (minimum) experience in an item production environment.
- Experienced in operating industrial sewing machines.
- Strong attention to detail with a technical eye.
- Ability to follow sewing patterns and written manuals for assembly.
- Strong time management skills as to maintain production targets.
- Leather work experience (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
