Specialty Trophies is hiring! We are looking for a creative, detail oriented individual to fill the roll of Apparel Production Assistant.
This position will involve using CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, QuickBooks, laser engravers, heat presses, mylar/vinyl printers, and more! Experience in this field is an asset, but a willingness to learn is also appreciated. Some proficiency with computers is required to complete tasks so any experience with graphic design and computer software is helpful.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and Maintain industrial grade heat presses, vinyl presses and embroidery machines.
- Decorate a wide variety of apparel items and accessories
- Design and Adapt artwork for the purposes of apparel decoration using CorelDraw and Wilcom Embroidery Studio according to client specifications
We are looking for a people person. Teamwork is important to our business and any applicant should be willing to participate in client meetings, assist customers when needed, and coordinate with other staff members. Flexibility to learn all aspects of the business is crucial and training will be provided to the right candidate.
This candidate will work half day shifts Monday-Friday with the potential for full time hours in future.
