- Support product managers to manage optical testing product lines, including tunable lasers, tunable filters, PIC & optical component testing platforms and modules.
- Collaborate with fellow Solution Managers and Product Line Managers within the MDR team to strengthen our product offerings and roadmaps to address market needs.
- Coordinate with Sales and Product management teams to align EXFO solutions with customer needs and roadmaps, and bring values to impact customers’ business metrics
- Engage with customers on test requirements, challenges, and roadmap plans
- Support marketing teams to plan and execute on go-to-market initiatives.
- Participate in tradeshows and other business events to build brand awareness, to identify new business opportunities, and to market EXFO solutions
- Report on business opportunities in target markets
- Deep knowledge of optical test & measurement principles and tools.
- Sharp understanding of optical components, photonic integrated circuits (PICs), communication systems, and quantum technologies.
- First-hand experience using and/or designing test solutions for transceivers, optical components, network equipment, or lab applications.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python.
- A proven track record in product management, product design, R&D, or technical supports within telecom, photonics, or high-tech sectors.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams from concept to commercialization.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to develop roadmaps, shape portfolios, and grow market share.
- A natural collaborator and communicator who thrives in global, multi-disciplinary environments.
- Comfortable engaging with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Bilingual in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for emerging tech trends in quantum, AI-enabled T&M, or advanced packaging.
- Experience working with global clients and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel internationally (~15%).
