We’re looking for a Product Manager, Financial Services to own and grow our two Earned Wage Access products, which already serve millions of hourly workers across the U.S.

This is a rare opportunity to help reshape financial access for hourly workers by scaling a product that millions already love while also building and growing a newer banking product. You’ll collaborate across design, engineering, compliance, data, and GTM teams to build financial products that are simple, trustworthy, and relied upon.

These are the key ways you’ll contribute and create impact in this role:

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for Earned Wage Access and banking products, including growth, retention, and monetization.

  • Run customer discovery and rapid experiments to identify pain points and validate product-market fit.

  • Optimize platform performance, UX, and reliability to deepen trust with millions of hourly workers.

  • Partner closely with Compliance and Risk to ensure financial products meet regulatory standards while remaining simple and transparent.

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and roadmap execution.

  • Define and track success metrics tied to user adoption, engagement, and financial outcomes.

The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:

  • 4+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or consumer financial services.

  • Proven success growing adoption of financial products at scale.

  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk considerations.

  • Data-driven with experience in experimentation and growth optimization.

  • AI fluency: actively uses AI tools to prototype, test, and accelerate product development.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by solving complex financial problems for underserved communities.

  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Able to work from a Homebase hub office 2+ days/week (Tues & Weds required).

The Homie Way - These principles guide everything we do—from how we work and make decisions to how we show up for each other.

  • Be Customer Obsessed – Solve problems with empathy and creativity.

  • Move Fast, Learn Fast – Experiment, take action, and grow every day.

  • Own Your Impact – Think big, focus on what matters, and make decisions you stand behind.

  • Master Your Craft – Excellence fuels impact—show up, step up, and make your mark.

  • Win Together – Put goals over roles, lead with trust, and connect to our mission and each other.
