Position Overview
We are looking to hire a Product Inventory Specialist to manage, organize, and maintain our product stock. This role offers the opportunity to grow and take on increased responsibility based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming inventory
- Organize and label stock following an efficient system
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records using ERP/CRM software
- Perform regular inventory counts and spot checks
- Assist with order preparation, packing, and fulfillment
- Monitor low-stock items and coordinate with the purchasing team
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and systems
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and critical thinking skills
- Experience in inventory, stock management, or warehouse environments
- Comfortable using ERP or CRM systems (experience with Frappe/ERPNext is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with scanners, computers, and basic office software
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Verifiable references required
