Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and motivated Printing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and delivering high-quality print solutions to clients. You will work closely with internal design, production, and bindery teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively build new client relationships through cold-calling, outreach, and networking
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and print project presentations
- Understand client needs across offset, digital, and large-format printing services
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless production and order fulfillment
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms; close deals and encourage repeat business
- Manage client accounts using CRM software; provide support and assist with reorders
- Stay up to date with market trends and printing technologies to support sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience—preferably in printing, marketing, or packaging
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with a goal-driven and self-motivated mindset
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
