Principal Solution Consultant

As our Principal Solution Consultant, your role is recognized as a go-to expert and trusted advisor, both internally and externally, for complex deals, new market opportunities, and cross-functional initiatives. Every day, you are expected to influence go-to-market strategies, shape roadmap direction, and lead knowledge-sharing and innovation efforts with the pre-sales community. To thrive in this role, you will deliver high-impact, value-focused demos tailored to C-level stakeholders.

Pre-Sales Support:

Own the pre-sales support for high-complexity opportunities.

Support Channel Executives and their VAR partners on opportunities as approved and assigned by SC Management.

Guide deal teams through discovery, qualification, and proposal development.

Lead proposal review and coach internal teams on solution alignment and messaging.

Solution Design:

Architect and validate end-to-end solutions, including advanced configurations, integrations, and partner components.

Build complex demo environments and Proof of Concept (POC) designs based on vertical-specific requirements.

Ensure proposed solutions meet both technical feasibility and strategic business goals.

Lead innovation in solution frameworks, standardizing scalable approaches for the SC community.

Technical Expertise:

Maintain expert-level knowledge of Sage Intacct and related ecosystem integrations.

Stay ahead of market and industry developments, including emerging technologies and competitive threats.

Provide guidance on API, XML, and web service integrations where needed.

Serve as a subject matter expert for specific verticals or functional areas.

Minimum qualifications: 2 years as a Solutions Consultant.

Up to 10% Travel may be required.
