Position Overview

The President will serve as the senior executive responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and fi nancial performance of the company. This role requires a results-driven leader with the ability to navigate complex technical and regulatory environments while positioning the organization for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute long-term strategies to ensure sustainable growth, profi tability, and market leadership.

Foster a performance-driven culture focused on innovation, accountability, and customer service excellence.

Provide strategic recommendations and operational updates to the Board of Directors.

Operational Management

Oversee the delivery of mission-critical communication services, ensuring the highest standards of reliability and quality.

Ensure compliance with CRTC, ISED, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.

Implement operational efficiencies and technology advancements to enhance service delivery.

Financial Oversight

Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance targets.

Monitor key financial indicators and implement corrective measures where necessary.

Secure funding, grants, and capital investments to support infrastructure growth.

Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement

Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing and emerging markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, suppliers, and community stakeholders.

Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and public engagements.

Technical Collaboration

Partner with technical leadership to ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and readiness for emerging technologies.

Monitor industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 7–10 years of executive leadership experience in telecom, wireless communications, or related technical sectors.

Demonstrated success in strategic planning, operational leadership, and business growth.

Strong fi nancial acumen with full P&L management experience.

Knowledge of Canadian telecommunications regulations and mission-critical communications requirements.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
