We are hiring a Powder Coater to join our production team. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, applying powder coating, curing parts, and inspecting finished products for quality. Must have attention to detail, be safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties:
- Prep metal surfaces (cleaning, masking, sandblasting)
- Apply powder using manual and automatic electrostatic spray guns
- Operate ovens to cure coated parts
- Inspect finished parts for defects and consistency
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment
Requirements:
- Experience with powder coating and electrostatic application preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
