You are passionate about the trade. You value a space that is safe an inclusive for all. You want to develop your skills while working in the field along side a certified journeyperson who can help you become the very best at what you do. You are open to feedback, able to ask for help when you need it. You have a strong mechanical aptitude, and take pride in your customer service skills.
