As a Plastic Injection Moulding Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by selling our own unique custom manufacturing services to new and existing clients. You will play a key role in identifying sales opportunities for our services, negotiating contracts, and developing long-term relationships with customers in a variety of industries.
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Identify and prospect new clients in industries such as construction, doors, windows, industrial, agriculture, and consumer goods & components.
· Develop understanding of our plastic injection processes, materials, and machinery to provide tailored solutions for customers.
. Have Plastic sales knowledge.
· Develop a strong understanding of the services we can provide our clientele.
· Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Provide accurate quotes and proposals for injection solutions based on customer needs.
· Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
· Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
· Work closely with the technical and production teams to ensure that customer/client requirements are met efficiently.
Qualifications:
· At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing products.
· Previous experience in plastic injection or related fields (required).
· Basic understanding of plastic injection processes and materials.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical products to clients in a clear and compelling way.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
· Willingness to travel to client sites.
· A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
