Job Role
As Pit Lead, your main focus will be supporting your team and ensuring smooth, safe, and positive operations. You will:
- Oversee daily Pit Crews operations with exceptional service
- Lead by example to motivate and support the team
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the department(s)
- Be the go-to liaison between management/supervisors and Pit Crew team members
- Assist with training, onboarding, and mentoring new hires
- Proactively handle mild operational issues
- Promote guest satisfaction through professionalism and attention to detail
