As a Pilates Instructor, you will create a welcoming and supportive environment for clients of all skill levels, ensuring they receive the highest quality of instruction.
Duties
- Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups, adapting sessions to meet the needs of participants.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure proper technique and safety during exercises.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages client participation and motivation.
- Offer personalized feedback to clients, helping them improve their form and achieve their fitness objectives.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Manage class schedules effectively, ensuring timely start and finish of sessions.
- Stay updated on the latest Pilates techniques and trends to enhance class offerings.
Requirements
- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization is required.
- Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and approachability at all times.
- Strong time management skills to effectively handle class schedules and client appointments.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
