The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Pilates, with the ability to lead engaging classes that cater to various skill levels. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and wellness within our community, while providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive environment for all participants.

Duties
- Conduct Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience.
- Develop and implement class plans that accommodate varying skill levels and fitness goals.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises, emphasizing proper form and technique.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by encouraging participants and providing personalized feedback.
- Maintain equipment and studio cleanliness to ensure a safe workout environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Pilates and fitness to enhance class offerings.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Manage class schedules effectively, ensuring timely starts and finishes while maximizing participant engagement.
Requirements
- Certification in MAT and REFORMER Pilates instruction from an accredited program is required.
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively convey instructions.
- Proven customer service experience, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently manage class schedules and personal commitments.
