Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Phlebotomist with an aesthetics background to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role involves performing blood draws for wellness and aesthetic treatments, as well as delivering a variety of non-invasive aesthetic procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and thrives in a multidisciplinary clinic environment.
Phlebotomy Duties
· Perform safe and accurate venipuncture, blood draws, and specimen handling
· Support naturopathic and medical staff with IV therapy preparation and injections (as permitted by training)
· Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
· Maintain accurate documentation of procedures
Aesthetician Technician Duties
· Perform non-invasive aesthetic services such as facials, chemical peels, body treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures
· Operate laser and medical-grade devices under clinic protocols (training provided if required)
· Educate clients on treatment plans, pre- and post-care, and skincare recommendations
· Assist with consultations by assessing client needs and recommending services/products
· Maintain a clean, organized treatment space following health and safety regulations
Qualifications
· Certification as a Phlebotomist (or equivalent training/experience)
· Licensed or certified Medical Aesthetician / Aesthetic Technician (recognized program completion)
· Previous experience in a clinical or medical spa environment preferred
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient comfort and care
· Ability to follow strict protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards
· Team-oriented, reliable, and professional demeanor
· Sales or retail experience in skincare or wellness products is considered an asset
