Pharmasave on West Broadway and Maple is looking for a pharmacy assistant to join our team!
Job Description
- Interact with customers (information gathering, prescription pickup, OTC purchases)
- Answer in-person and phone inquiries
- Enter & maintain accurate records in pharmacy computer system
- Prepare and package prescription medications
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments
- Receive product shipments and manage product displays
- Keep pharmacy organized, perform other clerical duties
- Assisting pharmacist in other daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pharmacy is an asset but not necessary
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasional lifting of boxes/containers
Languages
- English, Cantonese, Mandarin
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.85 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
