We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Retail Key Holder to support the daily operations of our retail store. Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organised store environment, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and displays are appealing.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
- Foster effective communication within the team and with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and best practices in retail management.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within designated time frames.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail management or a supervisory role is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management and development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff alike.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing customer interactions.
- Proficient in merchandising techniques and sales management strategies.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure store standards are met consistently.
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
