Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role involves providing effective pest management solutions for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. We are looking for an immediate start and looking for 2 people.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine the best course of action.
- Apply pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as necessary.
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and the importance of regular maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and areas treated.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding pest control methods.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and safety regulations related to pest control.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required. 2 years or more experience is a must .
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service benefits to clients.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery relevant to pest control activities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
