Duties
- Safely transport clients to their destinations in a timely manner while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to clients' needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding pick-up times, routes, and any changes in schedule.
- Assist clients with heavy lifting of luggage or personal items as needed.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel consumption.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial driving or as a chauffeur is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with their belongings.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes is essential.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
