Role
As a Performance Coach Manager, you will focus on managing the Personal Training department. You will strive continuously to improve the Personal Training Program by coordinating, supervising and managing daily operations.
You are a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to each member’s health journey so that they have a positive Movati experience. You will oversee training methods and ensure training plans are tailored to reflect our members personal goals and health concerns.
You are also highly organized and driven! You are responsible for monthly Personal Training P&L management and developing strategies and business plans in partnership with management to meet sales goals and targets. You will also monitor key performance metrics daily to ensure your team is achieving or exceeding Personal Training sales and session delivery objectives.
A Performance Coach Manager is a fun role as you get to change members lives each and every day! Part of this fulfillment is also leading a team of Performance Coaches by providing managerial oversight that promotes a positive work environment for your team. We know you’re an excellent communicator when it comes to delivering great nutrition plans, but having the ability to challenge your team and offer them advancement in their role will bring you to that next level!
Qualifications
We are looking for 3+ years’ experience with demonstrated proficiency in: personal training sales, meeting targets, and people management. In addition, this amazing candidate will ideally have 5+ years of Personal training experience. A University degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology and Physical Education is an asset.
