As our Payroll Assistant, you’ll be right in the action, handling payroll processing and ensuring our team is paid accurately and on time. It’s a role where attention to detail and consistency are key, and you’ll play a vital part in supporting our amazing team behind the scenes.
This is a permanent Part-Time position with a pay range of $21–$23 per hour, with the possibility of a WFH arrangement.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE JOB
- Full processing of bi-weekly payroll and payroll reports
- Accurately monitor all adjustments, new hires, change of statuses, and terminations
- Maintain payroll and employee records
- Prepare various reports for management as required

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED
- A minimum of 1 year’s work experience in a Payroll role
- Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects or assignments at one time and multi-task effectively
- Computer proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
