Huntsville Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our dealership team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in the automotive retail industry. You’ll play a key role in supporting our service department, retail, and wholesale customers by assisting with parts identification, inventory, and customer service, all while gaining hands-on experience in a professional dealership environment.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:
- Assist service technicians by quickly supplying correct parts needed for vehicle repairs
- Support retail customers at the parts counter, helping identify and source appropriate parts and accessories
- Use the dealership’s electronic parts catalog and inventory system (PBS)
- Process parts sales accurately through the dealership management system
- Maintain organized stock levels and assist with receiving, labeling, and shelving inventory
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to check availability and delivery times.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the parts counter and storage areas.
- Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and senior parts staff to support efficient operations.
- Participate in ongoing training to increase product knowledge and efficient dealership processes.
- Other duties as required by management.
What you need to succeed:
- Must have a valid G2 or G Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- High school diploma
- Computer skills - Experience in PBS and manufacturer’s online catalogues are assets
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Interest in the automotive industry and desire to grow within a dealership environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift automotive parts up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Preferred skills (but not mandatory): Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts setting; familiarity with OEM parts and accessories; understanding of vehicle makes, models, and basic mechanical components.
