ABOUT TRAFALGAR ENTERTAINMENT (TE)

We’re a leading live-entertainment group with a national and international footprint.

Co-founded by Sir Howard Panter and Dame Rosemary Squire in 2017, Trafalgar Entertainment is a business focussed on bringing people together to share in the live experience; through new productions, through the operation of amazing theatre and live-event spaces, and through distribution of live-streaming content. The group is home to Trafalgar Theatres, Trafalgar Theatre Productions, Trafalgar Releasing, Stagecoach Performing Arts, Drama Kids, Trafalgar Tickets, London Theatre Direct, Stagedoor App, Jonathan Church Theatre Productions and Chiswick Cinema.

ABOUT TRAFALGAR TICKETS

Trafalgar Tickets was created in 2021 with the primary objective of creating a consumer ticketing brand for our venues. We welcome 2 million patrons to our regional venues annually, offering a varied program of world-class live entertainment. Trafalgar Tickets will become the leading ticketing service in its class with customer centricity at its heart whilst creating unique value propositions for our clients and partners. The ticketing division also includes London’s premier ticket agency: London Theatre Direct. With over 20 years of leading the market in innovation and creativity, we serve 2 million customers annually through our best in market technology solutions and unrivalled inventory access. In 2019, Trafalgar Entertainment also acquired Stagedoor. With thousands of audience and critic reviews, personalised recommendations and a seamless booking experience, Stagedoor is London’s most comprehensive and innovative theatre app and web guide.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our high-performing Partnerships team, an integral part of our business development function and central to our ongoing growth strategy. This role plays a key part in expanding and nurturing Theatre partnerships across our theatre supply portfolio within our ticketing agency business, ultimately helping to bring more audiences into theatre.
As Partnerships Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering and evolving our value proposition to support the next phase of our growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Partnerships and Campaigns, you’ll manage a portfolio of key accounts, working closely with marketing agencies, producers, and venues to develop and execute strategies that drive ticket sales through our marketing channels and partner networks.

We're seeking a natural communicator, someone confident in pitching, proactive in building relationships, and persuasive in presentation. Your relationship management skills and commercial instinct will be essential in maximising revenue and achieving growth targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive and execute our partnership strategy across our theatre and product supplier portfolio, identifying needs and opportunities and drive stakeholder value.
  • Liaise and manage relationships alongside the Partnerships Team with leading Marketing agencies, Ticketing Representatives and/or Producers.
  • In partnerships with the business development team, and wider commercial team, create new campaign and marketing opportunities driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Identify, convert and onboard new Theatre partnership opportunities to increase ticket sales.
  • Awareness of the marketplace to seek opportunities and pursue.
  • Execute and lead key seasonal campaigns, ensuring KPI’s of the campaign are met and obstacles identified.
  • Pitch, present and convert sales opportunities including inventory access, (exclusive) offers and promotions and content access.
  • Represent London Theatre Direct and the TE Group at industry events and support commercial deliverables through effective networking. This includes regular visits to shows, show launches and post-show events.
  • Deliver partner dashboards and reporting, creating actionable insights and supporting pitches for additional commercial activity and boosting partnership value.
  • Create a reporting suite for performance analysis and forecasting models across the market.
  • Always acting in accordance with Trafalgar Entertainment’s values and ethics.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

ABOUT YOU
  • You are an experienced, passionate, and inspirational Partnerships and/or Account Manager with natural commercial acumen.
  • You have good experience in a managerial role in a growing and thriving live entertainment business.
  • You have successfully delivered and/or supported accelerated growth business plan.
  • You have a passion for live theatre and possess a deep working knowledge of the industry and its major stakeholder groups.
  • You have accumulated a network of key contacts and decision makers within our sector.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, and are results driven and outcome focused.
  • You thrive in a fast paced and changing environment and can manage and coordinate complex workstreams and stakeholder landscapes.
  • You enjoy data crunching and turn analysis into actionable marketing strategies and tactics.
  • You are a highly effective communicator and can present to external clients and internally to key stakeholders and mixed audiences.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.

If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit a CV and Covering Letter as to why you think you are suitable for the role via the Recruitment Portal.
